As a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager your main objectives will be to identify, build and execute appropriate marketing programs to drive lead generation together with our external marketing team in Ukraine, and to make sure the SustainOnline platform and processes are supporting our ambitious growth targets. Your number one priority will be to generate and accelerate qualified sales leads by using different marketing tactics together with our team in Ukraine.
You will work closely with the CMO, the Ukraine marketing team, our regional partner managers and our global sales partners to plan, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns and lead generation programs that drive demand and raise awareness in our key markets around the globe.
You will also help implement the inbound marketing, sales and service software system HubSpot and various Google and Microsoft tools) and take the SustainOnline platform and lead process to a next level.
We have ambitious growth targets, and this position is key to achieving them. Success is measured by the number of qualified leads, and ultimately, the growth of the sales pipeline. This is a hands-on role including both inbound and outbound activities, so we are looking for a digital native and self-motivated “doer” with excellent project and program management skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to deliver great activities and results.
You will be part of the marketing team, and report to the CMO, but work closely with various stakeholders within sales and other parts of the organization. The role can be based in Helsinki, Stockholm or Örebro.
The main objective for this position is divided in two parts:
Firstly, to deliver (plan, develop, execute, analyse, optimize, and follow up) high-performing digital marketing activities that build a solid sales pipeline and generate sales results.
Secondly, to take the marketing tech platform to the next level.
We are looking for a hands-on marketing professional with a proven track record and solid working knowledge of digital and international B2B tech marketing, lead generation, sales-marketing alignment and customer acquisition campaigns.
Full-time, working hours can vary since we operate globally.
There will be no monetary renumeration for overtime.
